Products and Product Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MyTrueBlinds offers custom and made-to-order window-covering products and related products and services, which may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Blinds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shutters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drapery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Window coverings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motorized and smart window-covering products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Window film or tint products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mounting hardware<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accessories<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Related installation and measuring services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Product photographs, colors, textures, materials, dimensions, specifications, and other product information are provided for informational purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Actual colors and appearances may vary because of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Screen and device settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lighting conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Natural material variations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fabric or finish variations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manufacturing variations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product samples versus finished products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to correct product descriptions, specifications, pricing, availability, or other Website information when an error is discovered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Custom-Made Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many products sold through MyTrueBlinds are custom-made or made-to-order based on customer-selected specifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Custom specifications may include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Width and height<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quantity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fabric<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Color<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finish<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mount type<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Control type<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motorization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accessories<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configuration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other product options<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because these products are manufactured specifically for the customer, custom orders are subject to the order-change, cancellation, return, exchange, and warranty provisions contained in these Terms and our applicable policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Customer Measurements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When customers provide their own measurements, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the measurements are accurate unless MyTrueBlinds has separately provided a measurement service or measurement guarantee covering the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incorrect customer measurements do not automatically constitute a product defect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers should carefully review our Measurement Policy and any product-specific measurement instructions before placing an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If MyTrueBlinds provides an approved measurement service or measurement guarantee, the specific terms of that service will apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Quotes and Estimates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quotes and estimates may be provided for products, installation, commercial projects, custom projects, or other services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Quotes are estimates and may be subject to confirmation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pricing may change before an order is finalized.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Material, supplier, shipping, installation, or product-specification changes may affect pricing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A quote does not necessarily constitute an accepted order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quote expiration dates may apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The final price applicable to an order will be the price confirmed by MyTrueBlinds at the time the order is accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An order is not considered accepted until MyTrueBlinds confirms the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Decline an order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Correct an order-entry or pricing error.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request additional information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify payment information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Correct product or configuration information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancel an order when necessary because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If MyTrueBlinds cancels an order before fulfillment, amounts paid for the canceled order will generally be refunded, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Pricing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices displayed on the Website are subject to change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pricing may be affected by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Product specifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Measurements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quantity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fabric or material selection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motorization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accessories<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supplier or manufacturer pricing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taxes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promotions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other applicable charges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a significant pricing error occurs, MyTrueBlinds reserves the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, allow the customer to confirm the corrected price or receive a refund for an order that cannot be fulfilled at the incorrect price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Payments and Deposits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment may be required in full or in accordance with an approved payment or deposit arrangement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deposits or payments may be used to begin:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order processing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Material procurement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manufacturing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supplier fulfillment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom production<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping preparation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other services associated with the order<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because custom products may begin processing or production after the order is accepted, payments associated with custom orders may become non-refundable after the 24-hour change and cancellation period, except where required by law or otherwise approved by MyTrueBlinds in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Order Changes and Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">24-Hour Change and Cancellation Period<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers have <strong>24 hours from the time an order is placed<\/strong> to request a change, amendment, or cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During this period, customers may request changes to items such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Product selection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quantity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Measurements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fabric<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Color<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finish<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mounting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Controls<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motorization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accessories<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other specifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Requests must be received by MyTrueBlinds within the 24-hour period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">After 24 Hours<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the 24-hour period expires, custom orders are considered <strong>final<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MyTrueBlinds generally will not accept changes, amendments, or cancellations after 24 hours, even if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Production has not yet visibly begun.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer has not received a production notification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The order has not yet shipped.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The manufacturer or supplier has not yet confirmed production.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exceptions may be made when required by law or when MyTrueBlinds agrees to an exception in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Production and Manufacturing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products may be manufactured or fulfilled by MyTrueBlinds, domestic manufacturers, international manufacturers, suppliers, or other fulfillment partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Production times are estimates unless MyTrueBlinds specifically provides a guaranteed production date in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Manufacturing times may vary based on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Product type<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supplier availability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manufacturing capacity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seasonal demand<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quality-control requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping and transportation conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Refunds, Credits, and Compensation for Delays<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MyTrueBlinds does not automatically provide refunds, credits, discounts, or other compensation solely because an order experiences a manufacturing, supplier, transportation, shipping, or delivery delay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a significant delay is directly caused by MyTrueBlinds, we may, depending on the circumstances, offer an appropriate accommodation such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Partial refund<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Store credit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discount<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Future-order discount<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expedited shipping when available<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Replacement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation when reasonably possible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Another reasonable accommodation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any courtesy credit, discount, or accommodation does not necessarily constitute an admission of fault or liability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additional terms are provided in the Refunds, Returns &amp; Cancellations Policy and Shipping &amp; Delivery Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Shipping and Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shipping and delivery are subject to the terms of our Shipping &amp; Delivery Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery estimates are generally estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delivery may be affected by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manufacturing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supplier fulfillment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carrier delays<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weather<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transportation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address problems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access limitations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other circumstances outside MyTrueBlinds&#8217; reasonable control<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers should inspect products promptly after delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Visible damage, incorrect products, missing components, incorrect quantities, or other issues reasonably discoverable during initial inspection should generally be reported to MyTrueBlinds within <strong>7 calendar days after delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Installation Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Installation may be provided by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>MyTrueBlinds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Independent installers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Authorized installation partners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other qualified service providers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Installation is subject to our Installation Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Installation estimates, scheduling, and completion dates are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the installation location and notifying MyTrueBlinds or the installer of known conditions that may affect installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Customer Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are responsible for identifying conditions at the installation location that may affect installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MyTrueBlinds and its installers are not responsible for pre-existing property conditions, hidden construction conditions, unsafe conditions, structural deficiencies, or other conditions that could not reasonably be identified before or during installation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Installation may require normal access to walls, ceilings, window frames, trim, electrical connections, or other installation areas depending on the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Returns and Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because many MyTrueBlinds products are custom-made, custom products generally cannot be returned solely because a customer changes their mind or later decides that a different color, fabric, style, product, or configuration would have been preferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Three-Day Satisfaction Exchange<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For eligible products, MyTrueBlinds may provide a <strong>one-time satisfaction exchange<\/strong> when the customer is not satisfied with the selected product or its appearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The request must be made within <strong>3 calendar days after delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The satisfaction exchange:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Is available <strong>one time only per order<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is limited to a maximum of <strong>5 window coverings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applies only to eligible products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>May require the original product to be returned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>May require payment of a price difference for the replacement product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Does not automatically include removal, reinstallation, installation labor, travel, service, or property-modification costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is not a general right to return custom products for a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MyTrueBlinds may establish reasonable product-specific requirements for an exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products that have been damaged, altered, modified, improperly installed, improperly operated, or otherwise excluded under the applicable policy may not qualify.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The complete requirements are contained in the Refunds, Returns &amp; Cancellations Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">16. Warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eligible MyTrueBlinds products are generally covered by a <strong>one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery<\/strong>, subject to the applicable Warranty Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The warranty generally applies to qualifying defects in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manufacturing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Workmanship<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mechanisms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Internal components<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supplied hardware<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other covered components<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Warranty coverage is subject to the exclusions, limitations, procedures, and eligibility requirements contained in the Warranty Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">17. Seven-Day Delivery Issue Reporting Period<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Visible damage, incorrect products, missing components, incorrect quantities, or other issues that are reasonably discoverable during initial inspection should be reported to MyTrueBlinds within <strong>7 calendar days after delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MyTrueBlinds may request:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Photographs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Video<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Packaging photographs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product labels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Measurements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other documentation reasonably necessary to investigate the issue<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 7-day reporting period is intended for issues reasonably discoverable during initial inspection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It does <strong>not eliminate applicable warranty rights for defects that could not reasonably have been discovered during the initial inspection<\/strong>, subject to the Warranty Policy and applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">18.
